"My experience was very different from many others’ here. I was having serious issues with a different CVS after moving because my doctor had made a mistake that made it impossible to fill a med I really needed. The CVS pharmacy staff on County St answered my call quickly and were extremely helpful, polite, kind, and professional. They resolved my issue right. The pharmacist came to the window when I went to pick up my med and was lovely. Highly recommend giving this location another shot. They were great to me!"

"They were rude. Cut me off when I spoke. Sounded miserable. I understand miscommunication happens. I've never had a problem with any other cvs and getting medication sent over until this one."

"The cvs staff itself are nice. But nothing but negative experiences with the pharmacy. Often closed, don’t answer the phone, lines are huge. And when you been waiting in line staff Jessica said we are closed for lunch from 1:30-2, even though you been there waiting since. Changed pharmacy, giving another CVS a chance before switching from cvs."

"Describing this place as a ****hole would be doing a disservice to ****holes. The pharmacy experience was atrocious. Whoever was in charge appeared highly annoyed with having to be at work that day. They openly scolded an employee for asking them a question on my behalf. I get that customer service is not for everyone however if it's not for you then move it along and find new employment. This pharmacy operates in one manner... Erratic. Rest assured that no matter what time you go to pick up your prescription they are still "working on it". Too many options to do business with such incompetence. Go elsewhere... As in anywhere else."

"Have to agree with other posts about insane wait times. A few years ago I could request refills on the App in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. Not anymore. Sometimes takes three days and forget calling. Today, Thursday afternoon, I needed to pick up urgent medication for a family member to take ASAP per Doctors emergency visit in morning. Nope. “Still in process” was the standard reply, but can “expedite” if needed….. Well, yes of course. 50 minutes later I got them. Meanwhile, the clerks were telling other customers 30 minutes wait. One upset customer was told “they’re running about a week behind…. WHAT???? All told there were 6 other people with me waiting for “expedited “ prescriptions. 9 people in line until they got another clerk to open. Been going to this CVS when it was on the other side of the street. I don’t think any of the same people work there anymore. Are all CVS Pharmacies now like this.? Are they really that busy to keep that insurance money flowing into Corporate? If I could change pharmacies, I would in a second, but my employer’s insurance is locked in to CVS. I’ll have to check other CVS stores to see if it’s the same at all of them. They’ll probably blame it on COVID……"
