"Worst cvs! I was on hold for 19 minutes, fine. The girl that answered the phone didn't know how to explain anything, fine. She was filling the wrong medication, fine. Oh but the rude pharmacist. I wasn't even talking to her so she didn't know the conversation I was having with the tech. And she raised her voice saying " I'm not gonna do that" "I'm not losing my license over this" my only response was to laugh. I really don't know what she was talking about. And I understand we all have bad days but I wasn't talking to her. Very unprofessional. Btw all I was asking if they can transfer the meds to another cvs because the doctor sent them to the wrong one it is too far for me."

"The pharmacy technician is earnestly kind, helpful and humble and is patient but to also have more than just one employee in this CVS location as well as the Manager have outstanding customer service is truly appreciated especially after having a crazy day. Ty for holding everything for me and trying to contact me when I didn’t even realize I had left the store w/ out my Dad’s card and another item. So may GOD bless and again ty."
