"Great place except one thing. Stayed in a room with an adjoining door to the next room. Sound insulation was poor and could hear talking and TV through the door when trying to sleep. Recommendation: ask for a room without the adjoining door."
"Emily and other staff made our staff made are stay great. Our room was good only problem was the showers water pressure. Also that we would have liked warmer blankets. All in all it was a good stay we stay here every time we come to the train show this was the best weekend yet in 20 years."

"I've worked here for a year and a few months. The environment is dreadful, management is disinterested in supporting their employee's, and expect staff to go above and beyond their own pay grade. Do not bother funding this franchise. The lack of care throughout the hotel has spread like a cancer."
"The Sheraton updated rooms are very different from the rooms not updated unfortunately. The location, service and amenities are all good overall but if you’re staying I’d definitely request one of their newer rooms. Nice venue for conferences."
