"My two dogs were serviced today for a nail trim, they’ve never had issues until today. The groomer who cut both of their nails ( Erin) did a HORRIBLE job!!! Cut them wayyyy too close to their quick, was very sloppy and she made one of my dog’s nails bleed and handled them very poorly, they’ve never whined nor yelped all the times I’ve brought them for a trim except for today!! She had no care in the world whatsoever even when I made a complaint to the manager about her she still had no care in the world about it!!! NOT happy, horrible handling as well of my dogs which made me inflamed as well. Terrible, do not have your dog serviced by her unless you want your dog to be in pain and then pay full price for a terrible job as well!!!! Never again will I come back, ridiculous!!"

"The staff here kept passing me off to another member that worked there. When someone finally came to help us with a green cheek conure that we had health concerns about, we were told it was normal and that was that. I am a bird owner and that bird was not normal. It was visibly shaking, and their tail feathers looked shredded. At the very least, this bird was stress feather plucking and should not have been on the floor. Avoid this one if you can. -------------------------------------------- EDIT: I ended up calling their hotline and let them know my concerns. I got a call the next day from this Petco and was told the bird was checked out by a vet and said he wasn't sick. So we bought him. He's at home with our other conure and he is so lively now! The stress of being there was obviously too much for him. I'm glad we got him out of there, but I'm still concerned with the care of their birds. I wish employees were trained better to actually know how to distinguish when an animal is in stress or at the very least not okay."
