"From our first call with Liza, we were impressed with her friendliness and eagerness to make our stay totally enjoyable. Our room was wonderfully clean and very comfortable, and the beach towels and chairs were nice extras. Liza's prompt "concierge" responses to our numerous questions about beaches, restaurants and things to see was spot-on, optimizing our week with memorable dining, sightseeing, beach times and beautiful sunsets. For the money we spent, we received maximum value."

"Very charming bed and breakfast, conveniently located with very easy access to Falmouth village and Woods Hole. Breakfast service was suspended due to covid but it's good that they are conscious of that. Easy contactless check in and check out. Beautiful yard where we hung out in the Adirondack chairs. Downside is it's on a main road so you can hear traffic. Also be aware that there is no TV...not that we felt we needed one. Overall a very nice stay."

"Liza and her family are delightful hosts. The bed and breakfast is located in a beautiful area and has lots of places to just sit and read or take a walk to “the knob.” The rooms are wonderfully decorated and have a lot of character. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back!!"

"Best Innkeepers We came from California for our son's east coast college tour. Both Julie & Martha are the epitome of gracious & accommodating hosts. A very uniquely appointed Bed & Breakfast, peaceful, away from the noise & the crowds - with spacious backyard lawn & towering trees. The rooms were charming and artistically designed, even down to the shower tiles. The main room was filled with a colorful collection of historical artifacts, even our 17 year old son was impressed. The artistry extended to their food, very gourmet level, delicious, healthy, fresh, and flavorful with a creative & thoughtful presentation.
