""won" a contest through a raffle at a food truck festival. Was told by a representative AND a manager that my income would not be a problem for "claiming" this prize. Since you know, there's an income qualification threshold for "winning" a prize. Drove down an hour away in the pouring rain just to be told I did not qualify and would NOT be receiving any prize. I complained to their Senior Marketing Manager and all I got was $20 in lottery tickets, a "one night stay" at their own hotel, and a promise for a $50 gift card. This is hugely different than the 3-5 nights stay at ANY hotel, $100 gift card, and the lottery tickets. Biggest scam out there. If you don't qualify to hear about their timeshare they don't consider you a "winner" Highly discriminatory, would not waste my money there even though they paid me."

"Ample and safe parking, great location across from the harbor. Very bad soundproofing!! Kids running and jumping upstairs at all hours, neighbors' conversations can be heard (normal conversations without arguing or having a party) way after midnight, tv music was annoying."
