"The staff here have always been unfriendly to us. This our second year here and with every interaction with the front desk or bellhop I get an "attitude" or am scoffed at. The only hotel staff who were actually nice and respectful to us was housekeeping. When you tip the employees here, the only people who truly deserve it is housekeeping."

"Live and let live right? Let anyone rent the hotel for what ever they wish. I am ok with this, I have seen a lot weirder in my travels. I cant say as I have ever had anyone not affiliated with the hotel demand I put on a facemask to enter the elevator. That nonsense was over years ago. Security for the event they identified themselves. Count the number of people in the elevator and not manage a literal crowd of others pushing and shoving. "No I am not with your event, I am just having a drink at the bar." Off putting and weird. Guy at the little desk out front could care less about my concerns. I wont even talk about the weirdest parts of what was going on. I saw some things in line to the elevator and my stay was over before it even started. Pretty outrageous even for modern standards."

"Great hotel with amazing views of Seaport district. The rooms were extremely comfortable with silky bedding and sheets. The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch. The parking garage was convenient and the elevator transported you right to the lobby. Great location for access to shopping, dining, and exploring Boston."

"This review is all about the valet staff at the Westin Seaport. They are FANTASTIC! Despite the fact it was a holiday weekend with a convention at the hotel and a boat show right next door, they had everything running smoothly and quickly. It was easy unloading the car and the gentlemen working were very pleasant. They didn't make me feel rushed or that I was in the way. I had the same terrific experience at check-out. Despite the fact I had to wrangle two other people and their luggage into the car, the valet staff were patient and pleasant. Thanks!"

"I stayed here for a conference right there in the adjacent conference center, and for that goal, the hotel was great. There is a hallway one can take that connects the hotel to the conference center, so everything is quite smooth. The hotel also has a couple of limited-but-ok lunch eating options inside (with a bar) and a Starbucks. The rooms were quite spacious, TV was modern, cleaning service was prompt, staff was nice and friendly. The surrounding area is going through a renovation and it is looking quite nice, with plenty of shops and restaurants. It is only a 15-min bus ride from the airport, so quite convenient. The hotel is on the expensive side, though. Overall, a good option (if you can afford it) when going to a conference in that center."
