"Our stay here last fall could not have been better. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the staff was courteous and attentive (down to wrapping the cord around my hairdryer when making up the room), the Trifecta lounge was the perfect place to unwind and the location, within walking distance to the train station, a definite plus. And I loved the Frederic Malle Eau de Magnolia toiletries! Our son goes to college in Boston and this was our first time here when coming to visit him. We'll be back!"

"Beautiful, modern hotel in Boston’s Back Bay. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, luxurious showers. Very quick business trip but got a few great hours of sleep at this lovely hotel. Breakfast is nice and if you are in town for longer, Zuma is a great spot for dinner and in the hotel."

"My husband and I stayed there on our wedding night and it was absolutely perfect!! The service was above and beyond and the room was beautiful!! Everyone wished us congratulations and we received a complimentary room upgrade and a complimentary dessert waiting in the room for us! It felt nice for our special day to be acknowledged and celebrated. We truly appreciated their warmth and gestures. Definitely recommend this hotel, especially for special occasions! Wished we stayed there longer as it was just one night but hopefully we’ll get to visit again soon!"

"I didn’t stay at the hotel but got drinks and dessert at the lobby bar. Beautiful, quiet, dimly lit space that’s perfect for a date or business meeting. Highly recommend. Cocktails were great including their old fashion and early grey cocktail (~$20 each). Highly recommend the baked cookie / ice cream dessert for $18. Decent portion for two or three people. Takes about 15 min to come out. Absolutely delicious. Wonderful service as well! Hannah was especially hospitable!!!"

"Top notch from A to Z. I was contacted before my trip via text to see if I had any requests, etc so they could better accommodate us. From the minute we were greeted at the front door until the day we left, every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was SUPER clean. They provide slippers but I felt that the rooms were clean enough for me to walk barefoot. Shampoo, conditioner, soap etc are by EDP Frederic Malle, if those amenities matter to you (they do to me) very nice little, thoughtful touches. The One+One breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired, though. I was very excited to try it but the buffet was very small, not many options, and the food was mediocre. We had complimentary daily breakfast through our booking so it was fine but I wouldn’t pay $50/person price for it. You can get better breakfast somewhere else."
