"Do you enjoy waiting for up to an hour to get into your room? Do like being told your digital key will allow you to bypass check-in when no such thing will happen? Do you want to be promised a $50 credit, then try to check out at 5 a.m. to discover there is no such record of the credit? And best of all, do you want to leave your room at 5: a.m. to discover an unhoused person sleeping in the chair right by the elevator? Then you will love this hotel! I only blame myself. I had an unpleasant experience in November and decided to give them another chance. D'oh!"

"The positives. Location, Location, Location. Plus, the food is usually pretty good The negatives. The rooms always feel dirty and half cleaned. There's often hair all over the shower and bathroom floor. The carpet always has food and nail clippings. The service is poor. Forget getting anyone to answer a phone call, whether it's the front desk or restaurant."

"We absolutely loved our stay there. The lobby is gorgeous. The ease of access to both parking and the airport is so convenient. The staff were kind and helpful. The remote for our TV needed new batteries, and within 5 minutes, an amazing maintenance man came to give an entirely new remote! Unfortunately, the service at the restaurant was quite poor both times we ate there. However the food quality and taste made up for it. Pricey though for alcoholic drinks. We will definitely stay there again"

"Stayed in a city view king room. Room was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Good place to stay if you have an early flight because parking at the air port even with advanced reservation took 45 min to find a spot."

"Among airport hotels I would say it is better than most where I have stayed. The room was functional. Since it is attached to the airport I thought it would be easy to walk there which I prefer to shuttle service. It was not, because it is a surprisingly long walk AND it isn't as well marked as one might expect. The shuttle service is*much* simpler. The fitness center is pretty decent. It isn't especially easy to get anywhere else in Boston from here."
