"I’ve lived there for 13 years. Maintenance covers up so many problems. I’ve had “over flow” for ten years!! That’s what they call it. Now the ceiling got so bad from overflow in my bathroom that it started falling in. Guess what was found black mold. The corroding sewer pipes are concerning. Not to mention Termanex had been to my bulging alone 3 times this month for bed bugs. And there is a severe mouse problem. Other building have rats. And one in particular smells so bad of cat urine it’s hard to walk thru. The pool the advertise has not been opened in over 3 years. And I don’t mean closed for the season they have no plans on opening it again. Continuous vandalism. The police or fire are there every day. This is not an exaggeration. Should you report anything to an actual town official for profession help unlike their maintenance team. You’re harassed, threaten with eviction and made feel uncomfortable. That is the office and maintenance team making you feel that way. Keep safe and healthy and find a better place to live. This really is ran by slum lords."

"My family has lived here for 2 years now. I love the convenience of the location. It’s great my son has an area to play, basketball court, new play area and large grass area to play. A dog park. Kathy Jim and Dan have been so friendly and helpful with our apartment and questions. Never been rude to us at all. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the pool has not been open since we moved in . Thank you for giving us a good experience here."
