Holiday Inn Express Boston, an IHG Hotel

"The breakfast was very nice! I am happy to see there was a lot of gluten free optiins. The rooms were clean. More security is needed in the hotel and in the parking lot. Also for a parking that cost me 20$ a night I would expect a security guard and more lighting."

"Hotel is great overall. Staff is super sweet. Only gripe, which is small, the shower could've been cleaned better. There were some small marks on the bottom of the shower. It could've been dings, could've been dirt... Idk. But super minor."

"I have no idea how this hotel has good reviews! Other than the fact that it is fairly updated the rest is just ridiculous. First off they don’t allow any early check ins, and a big line piles up at 3pm when everyone is waiting to get their rooms, next the noise factor is horrible, you hear everything even the Neigbor using the toilet, and at 4:30 in the morning massive dump trucks outside the window. Next the breakfast is pathetic the worst I have ever seen at any hotel that offers anything. There are some serious areas in need of improvement at this hotel and not to mention the costumer service is sad. The office staff could care less about guests. Do yourself a favor and please go somewhere else. I wish I had an honest review to have detoured me from making this mistake. Oh and they charge a fortune for this upsetting experience!"

"The hotel and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Everything felt secure as you needed a key card to get in the main entrance and for the steps/elevator. That definitely gave us a piece of mind during our stay. Breakfast was also good, which a decent variety. This hotel was less than a 15 minute walk away from Red Line - Andrew Station. This allowed us to head into downtown Boston pretty easily."

"If you looking for an excellent hotel that's close to a subway station and you don't want the hassle of driving your car into the city, then this is for you. 1. A1 clean 2. The staff are so courteous and helpful. 3. Continental breakfast is great! I'm honestly someone who is hard to please, but I must say this holiday express checks all the boxes. Thanks to all the wonderful staff!!!!!"
