Reviews of Stark Park
"Wonderful place to walk get intouch with nature. Share areas and sunny spots make this park a great stop for all kinds of people seeking a great place for some grounding. Handicap access is fair due to dirt or gravel paths and pavement in need of ALOT of repair. I did notice a few areas that one would call w/c access off of pavement by where u would park. Just be careful. Only port a job restroom facility."
"John Stark park is a great place, to have fun walking, playing with the kids and more, all kinds of carved wood objects on the woods trails. Check it out. RAM."
"A truly wonderful surprise today discovering this hidden gem in the heart of Manchester. Never knew it existed, always visited near by Livingston Park. Stark Park on a rolling great hill leads to a small trail system, well maintained with bridges and spots to take in the beauty along the river. The Heritage Trail also connects and runs for miles beyond the park."
"This park very well maintained , not a children's park as in ...a playground, there is a huge gazedo stage area , you can go on line to see whose playning there. Bring your own chairs! Beautiful sprawling area to let the kids run and have a picnic. I was blown away at the size of the Statue of General Stark , absolutely stunning."
