"The doctor tried to refer me sleep apnea study. Has nothing to do with testosterone. Then he says he's busy, he won't be able to see me until 5 months later, want a joke. I know the referral was for a kickback."

"This rating doesn't have to do with registration staff, however, if you want an endocrinologist who doesn't care about you or your care and will do that absolute bare minimum you've come to the right place. I've come in contact with several specialists and different doctors through beebe and every single one has blown me away EXCEPT Dr. Elyaan. He was condescending and rude. He truly did as little possible as he possibly could and while you're doing your own searching for an Endo that fits you best, I'll save you the trouble, you can skip trying Dr. Elyaan it's not even worth it."

"Didn't have my records even though you need records and referral to even get an appt. Took a year to get in to hear I needed more insulin even though my primary takes care of that and sent me to a specialist for high cortisol levels and a thyroid tumor. Go here if you would like to die."

"I usually have wonderful experiences with Beebe Doctors. I do know Beebe cares and See's patient reviews as the last review I gave a Surgeon,. They followed up and it ended up with a nice write up in a local paper. This time I can't give such a glowing review. I am not sure what has happened to this office, but they have dropped the ball on many occasions ( a term used by none other then Beebe imaging itself about this office ). Ms. Colman is a nice lady, but seems to be over worked, under staffed or under quality staffed and now takes weeks off at a time during a time that she needs to step up and be there for her patient base vs taking weeks off in oct and the rest of Nov off till they send her another Doctor to her location. I myself have had an MRI scheduled 7 months in advance for a date in Oct - days prior to my MRI was called by Beebe imaging they had to cancel this appt as the Doctors office did not do what they had to do with insurance,. Said this Dr. About the that the only Beebe Doctors Office not sign a contract with Beebe imaging to handle the insurance side of things ( I as a patient should know these things but hey at least I was told why my MRI was not getting done. They reschedule for two weeks away,. I call the Dr office and explain what's happening, they advise they will take care of it. I did have an appt with Ms Colman that second week of Oct but since I did not have my MRI I would have to be rescheduled -. They said it would not be till after the New Year - WOW. They said if I do get this MRI done, it could be sooner - I explained it was there office causing this MRI Delay. Two weeks pass and Beebe Imaging calls and says once again the docs office did not do there part and my MRI could not be done. A prior auth was put in Oct 15th by the Dr office, they did not have the correct office notes in and was rejected by insurance. I do get an appt with Doc end of Oct -. She says they are doing there part now and it should be no problem getting approved. A week or two later I hear nothing,. I call Beebe Imaging as atleast they have answers, they say it was denied twice by my insurance due to improper office notes and that Ms Colmans office would need to do a Peer to Peer Review. I call Colmans office am told she's out till Monday they will look into it.... Week passes I hear nothing but get a letter from insurance that yes this was declined but I or my Dr can appeal. It was due to improper office notes, and my Dr could do a peer to peer review. I call drs office first week of Nov and explain this denial. Dr Colmans office explain that I should file the appeal myself, as Ms Colman would be out of the office till December!!! And it's her alone that can do this needed Peer to Peer review. So it's now 2-3 months since I've needed this MRI and Nothing. This is for a tumor in my brain. I did have one a few years ago but this is to compair it to the earlier MRI to see if there is growth or not of this tumor. I know you need to be your own advocate but man this takes it to a new level compaired to any other Doctor I have. It's sad really."
