Tina and Debbie in the front office can not do enough to assist you. The nursing staff is truly professional and compassionate. And of course Dr. Howett, truly amazing, personable and energetic. "I wish I could give this clinic 10 stars. Never before have I received such fantastic care and genuine concern and follow-through on patients' wellbeing, and I've lived all over the country and had many doctors. Katie, the NP and primary, listens first and foremost and then comes up with a treatment plan you're on board and comfortable with, and you're most likely to follow. Most doctors I've seen don't listen, they have their diagnosis already decided when they walk through the door. Katie even read through my armchair doctor research and agreed it was sound as a plan, if that would help me and a plan I would be most likely to follow. She believes in the best possible outcome from both her medical experience and what the patient is most likely to follow, something I have never seen from another doctor. She also filled my prescription requests through the portal for a 3 month supply within the HOUR. Dr. Howett, the sleep doctor, figured out years after my sleep apnea diagnosis that I had been misdiagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, and that I actually had central sleep apnea, and called the sleep study and equipment company multiple times to get me in for a sleep study and CPAP ASAP. She called each time the company gave me the run-around. Her office literally called me within minutes of waking up with my new CPAP to see how I slept. That is the best example of their outstanding care. They even called me back an hour later and told me they remotely changed my humidity settings after I complained of dry mouth from the CPAP. You can see in Katie and Dr. Howett's eyes how happy they are for patients who are getting better. The office is fantastic, run like a well-oiled machine with care, and checks in constantly and has automatic texting for appointment reminders and confirmation. They are friendly and happy to see you and talk to you. I have been to doctor's offices in LA, Sacramento, Buffalo, Rochester, and Tampa. The Pearl Clinic, in a little town in lower Delaware, beats them all by miles. I can't recommend this office enough. They are what every doctor and doctor's office staff should strive to be. It is thanks to them that my life and health are improving dramatically in the few months I have been seeing them. Thank you Katie, Dr. Howett, and the office staff. You all set examples and standards for what every doctor's office should strive to be."
