"Overall this office is a decent office within major medical offices. None of them are perfect. There are nurses here that go beyond the normal scope to make us feel wanted. My wife is pregnant and we had to get heart monitoring for her so they could make sure she was ok. She was. But some of the nurses here couldn’t be bothered to care. It ruins the balance. Giving them 3 stars is to symbolize some nurses deserving 5 stars and some deserving 1 star. The 1 star nurses have messed up our insurance and made it so we have to file a claim with our Medicaid to make it so we don’t owe thousands of dollars to a monitoring service, even though they had her insurance plain as day. They simply accepted they didn’t send it in right. So I’m praying we get to get this covered even though we were promised it would be. Beware if your poor make sure they do things right or a second mortgage is in your future. The good nurses though like I said are amazing and I wouldn’t trade having them for anything. I hope if you go there you get to experience what I mean by amazing. Best wishes with all honesty."
