"I ordered glasses from BJ’s some months ago. They have been fine but I regretted not getting progressives on the sunglasses, so I went back and ordered new lenses for the sunglasses. They came in sooner than they said they would. I am happy with the new progressive frames. They did a good job there. Why, one star? When I got there, there was one person working the counter there were no customers in the optical department. I told her why I was there. She got the lenses but was having just a bit of difficulty getting the lenses into my frames so I went to do a little shopping and I told her a little was all I had to do. One item. When I got back to the optical department, she was waiting on a customer. She did stop what she was doing and she gave me the glasses. I tried them on, and I discovered she didn’t even take time to clean them. The dots were still on the lenses. I didn’t say anything. I shouldn’t have to say anything. What’s a little bit of extra customer service going to cost her. That was the first time I ever went to an optical department anywhere and they didn’t clean my glasses for me without me asking. It’s not like she was getting slammed. Shame on you BJ’s optical."

"They don’t have enough checkers. People with carts full were using the self checkout witch states 15 items or less. There were more employees standing around talking them helping people check out."

"Liquor store open to non card holders opens at 9 (not 8 as per website) has some decent prices on moderate selection.. cashier arrived late and explained she only has to clock in at nine, not have the doors open which happened at 908. Stocking guy was angry and rude but I suspect the rainy day didn’t help. Overall skip for better options except for a decent price on a wine my wife loves"

"The liquor store is on the right as you walk in and no membership is required in the State of Delaware to buy booze. Same goes with Costco. Prices are decent, selection is decent."
