"Not sure what's up with this store JJH. Had to change pharmacy due to not completing my pharmacy transfers. Then just to do over the counter transactions, customers service gets an F! Changed to branch further away from me but very nice and excellent service."

"I visited the rite aid pharmacy in long neck to pick up essential medication for my fiancé, who had recently been discharged from the hospital and suffers from regular epileptic seizures. Unfortunately, our experience was quite distressing. When we approached the pharmacy manager with our concerns, it seemed like our pleas fell on deaf ears. Later, we discovered that the prescription had been correctly issued by the doctor, but the pharmacy failed to fulfill it accurately. During a particularly challenging moment when my fiancé was dealing with the stress of her condition and trying to communicate on the phone, the manager's response was less than compassionate. Instead of understanding her situation, they chose to ban her from the pharmacy. Such a response is far from acceptable, given the circumstances. Furthermore, when my fiancé reached out to them to apologize for her emotional state during the incident, it seemed that they did not truly understand or care about the impact of the initial unpleasant experience. We hope that the pharmacy can improve its customer service and understanding of customers facing medical challenges in the future."

"First time using pharmacy. Female pharmacist with neck tattoo has major attitude. Does not seem should be interacting with customers. Also while "helping" a customer please do not whisper and giggle with other works about that customer, specially while in clear view of the customer. At least wait till person has left. Will not be returning."
