"Just a person trying to buy new shoes because my shoes are effed. sure I understand some stores have no bike policies to be allowed in their store but I had no problem going into Ross and Burlington in and out. I will not risk getting my bike stolen just to buy shoes. I'll guess I shop somewhere else. And as i checked again their prices are way overpriced. sure you can get half off on a second pair deal but they are overpriced that you will be just paying full price in the beginning. Shame on this store. That's why Amazon and online store are killing brick and mortar stores."
"I felt like I was bothering them when I called there. I asked about my order being sent there to be picked up, and it took about 5 minutes for them to explain the process. Not to happy that I ordered online for pickup at their store. Will never do so again."
"Went in to exchange a pair of shoes and was dead set on buying a new pair of their new slip-ins. Staff was so rude and aggressive that if I hadn't already given them my shoes at the front desk to exchange, I would have just walked out. Been looking forward to this outlet opening for awhile and now I don't think I'll ever go back. Would rather go all the way to center city 0/10, do not recommend"
