"As I entered the store you’d think there was a domestic dispute happening, but no it was 2 employees. Apparently the male employee had cursed (not that I heard) he was doing inventory on Timberland clothes. But the female with the ridiculous fake eyelashes falling off her face who I guess was the store manager at the time, was screaming, cursing etc etc at this male employee for apparently cursing, she wouldn’t let it go and actually just made it worse by continuing to bring it up. Told the guy to clock out and leave but continued to badger him and antagonize him. She was saying he was un professional for cursing, imo she’s the one who should’ve went home for acting like an un caged animal while customers are waiting to be checked out. This was all in front of my 13 yr old too. Hopefully she got fired."

"The people who work there just stand around and don't act like they wanna go grab a pair of sneakers for you, they are rude and lazy. I asked for a pair of jordans they passed the buck to 3 different people before they found my sneakers 1 of them even tried to tell me they didn't have them I waited for 45 minutes for 1 pair of sneakers! Another time I called about another pair of sneakers and they kept hanging up and got frustrated with me because I kept calling back very ignorant. And the manager is just as bad"

"Love this place! I was visiting from Niagara falls and this place is definitely a good stop if you like a trendy urban vibe. They have everything from Nike, to addidas, to Jordan. Athletic wear and really nice sports jackets. I got some items for my son and let me tell you, this store did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful and I'd love to visit again on another trip"

"It’s thanks giving day 3:30 pm at my arrival I saw 3 customers leave the store with shopping bags , as I arrive to the door , an Associate Mention they were closed but as you see in the picture below the gates are not down and it’s still customers inside shopping around , I thought it may be curbside pick up but I looked online and I don’t see anything about curbside pick up my question is how are others allowed to shop besides me"
