"The store does not wait for your payment to be a day late before harassing you with excessive phone calls. I have a benefits plus membership and I am currently completing a claim. The employees have no knowledge of these benefits, or the process to complete a claim. The last employee told me “that’s too long” after I explained how long I would be out of work when the membership plus benefits protect your payment for 100 days or when you return to work; whichever occurs first. Thankfully they added the plus benefits to my account without my knowledge or consent and I’ve been paying the extra $6.48 every two weeks. It’s a hassle to get to the manager who is always busy or not in the store. You’ll be told that you’re going to get a call back but you never do. Surprisingly there’s always someone available to talk about the money they’ve been overcharging you."

"They just keep constantly lying that the dryer they gave me is gas and it’s not it’s literally electric none of the assembles that were supposed to come with the dryer didn’t come at all they talk to you like your nothing on the phone there customer service is literally horrible"

"My experience with this store on Chester Pike was horrible. The manager pretended to care. My delivery was delivered past the day they said it would. Then they did not give me the correct pieces. My things were dropped in middle of floor with directions at all. They they stated they would rectify it by 2pm. They did a no show and did not answer phone.i paid my bill for 3 months ahead. Thus is a horrible experience from them."
