"If I could give no stars I would. Went with this company a month and half prior to my sons birthday, they gave me a non-professional confirmation. When it came to the week of, an invoice was still never signed nor was timing of drop off or pickup times day of the party confirmed. Attempted to call no answer and voicemail full. Little to say they got a nasty cancellation email from me and will never receive my business nor recommendations. Do yourself a favor and find different inflatable company that will keep in contact with you that provides legit professional invoices."
"I can’t say enough good things about this company! Super punctual, quick to respond and the customer service is top tier. With two kids we’ve rented our fair share of bouncy houses but I’ve never seen a more invested business owner. Not only were high traffic areas wiped down with disinfectant but they blew out the inside so it was super clean! It’s clear that they are invested in safety and despite some drizzles of rain they still set up and explained everything thoroughly. Tara is so kind and considerate. You have earned a customer for life - thank you so much!!!"
