Lowe's Home Improvement 516 Walmart Drive, Camden, DE 19934

"Omg!!! This store the only thing they've done is to ruin my projects with lies on deals and ruining with false dates!!!! I can't deal with them any more. Corporate is even worse!! Do not have them measure your projects, they're measurements are not accurate, they order what's effective for them not for the consumer THAT IS PAYING!!! DO NOT TRUST LOWE'S AT ALL!!!!oh I had them come to my home to repair my door that they installed incorrectly! 3xs, they shoved it in there, while another contractor said the structure is wrong, they made it fit!! Smh"

"I had a great experience today at the Camden Lowe's. I went in because I was going to have some work done in my home. Joe from flooring spent a good 45 minutes helping me pick out flooring, giving me samples to bring home, and comparing prices. He also helped me with tiles for the back splashes for kitchen and bathroom and shades for my windows, giving me an idea of how much all was going to cost. He was very informative and nice about all my questions (I had alot). I am very appreciative of his help as this is my first time doing all this on my own. Thank you, Joe"

"Seldom has what I’m looking for. Hardware department is sparce on inventory always. Drawers empty or disorganized. Graded bolts hardly available. What they do have? Has shoulders on the bolts. Useless for most applications. Nice people but again most of the time? I leave without finding what I needed specifically. Asked for taps for steel? Oh you walked past it! Again missing basic inventory always."

"The store was horrible, i waited over 30 minutes to track down a sales associate to help me. Everyone i asked said it was not there department and they could not help me. When i went to customer service they had a mentally challenged person working customer services. He was ticing or steming hard he was very over whelmed with customer who were upset because they could not get help in there departments. When i asked to speak to a manager. The gentleman told me "all managers are in a meeting with the door locked we cant get them good luck because there behind a locked door" when i called the stores to find my item i was met with a lot of NOT my job and hold forever till hang up. I called this store only to be placed on endless hold passed around and no help. I ended up going to home depo who did not have my item in stock but they were able to get me the same item delivered to my house by Wednesday of this week. Lowes could not even do a instore transfer or have it delivered and when they finally told me a delivery date it was well over a week from today. 8 days.... home depo 3 days. The lesson i learned today was lowes does NOT value or care about there customer and as a result home depo will now get my business. I was shocked and appalled at nasty trearment of service i got at this store. They clearly do not care about the customer. They made that point very well clear today!"
