"Initially, I called the local PDC Spa retailer in Easton, MD (5 miles from my home) to purchase a replacement Mirage hot tub. As the old one was installed indoors, being sure the specs matched the old one was very important. I then visited the local retailer to look at a sample hot tub but they didn't have one. The staff were not well trained on the product as it took days and weeks to answer my questions, send a proposal, and respond to issues I had with their multipage contract. Worse yet, they did not seem interested in selling a hot tub and did not make me feel comfortable that the new tub would fit. Totally dissatisfied I then contacted The Pool Doctor (41 miles from my home) who is the next closest PDC retailer. I was pleasantly greeted by Cindi, who within 1 day provided a proposal, reasonable contract and answered all of my questions. She invited me to visit their showroom to see a sample tub, which I did. Cindi made me feel confident that all would go well and so I placed an order while I was there. Cindi continued to be responsive throughout. She called with an estimated delivery date and made sure that the tub was delivered meeting my timing needs. The team of 4 installers were on-time, professional and installed the tub with no issues. I would HIGHLY recommend The Pool Doctor, even if you have to drive an hour. It was worth it!"
