"Here I am yet again waiting for a cold brew made of 3 ingredients that I pre ordered 10 minutes prior. And this isn't the first time. You're lucky to get it stirred. Why do I even order ahead"

"They really need to get nicer people taking the orders through the drive thru. Especially the ones in the mornings right before 8am. Just rude and grumpy for nothing. Then they input something wrong on the screen and they act like it’s the customers fault."

"Stopped for coffee and donuts. Decided to go in to see what was available. Both Doors were locked. The drive through was open, but I wanted to enter the store, to see the selection of donuts. It is 5:46 p.m. "Come on man" who closes a store lobby this time of day? As you can see, no coffee or donuts!!!! Fortunately, there is a location in the Walmart in Milford, DE. "I went in this morning at 6:20 a.m. and walked in. There were no other inside customrs and only one person in the drive-thru lane. I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich. Paid $4.59. They gave me my sandwich very quickly. When I went to open the bag in my car, I immediately smelled a bad burn smell. Opening up the sandwich, I found that the croissant was almost 1/4 burned BLACK. And the sandwich was BARELY warm, like they just heated it for a few seconds. This is intolerable for a place that had over four workers behind the counter and NO OTHER customers inside. I had this happen before. Will NOT be returning. I had to be at work shortly so did not have time to go inside and request a new sandwich. This Dunkin Donuts used to be great. Keeps going more and more downhill."
