"My 5-year-old daughter and myself had a great time at Urban Air tonight, Aliya and faith are wonderful young ladies very helpful and attentive. These young ladies have a great head on their shoulders. Excellent customer service we'll be back next week. As far as the facility goes it was ran very well."
"I’ve went to other places like this and other states and I will say the other states are better! We took my daughter there for her birthday. Every attraction you had to stand in line for and that was a first for me. Because of all the lines we spent most of our time in LINES! They make you pay for a deluxe ticket for children under 5 but when you get to the area they have height restrictions and my daughter who is under 5 was only able to do 3 outta 8 and we were there for her! One person let her go through the obstacle course with me since she didn’t reach the heights, but when we went back because there wasn’t a lot for her to do they wouldn’t let her go again. The younger teens they had manning the rides were playing around and a lot of them had attitudes. I would not go again!"
"This place is great! I drove past Baltimore from north east MD to take my son to Hyper Kidz because there was nothing like it around. Urban air is better than Hyper kidz and local! Kids loved it! Also great prices."
"Great place for a party. Did an excellent job. Only issue is that the giant rope jungle gym is all connected. So if your child enters the younger toddler area there is no way to stop them from enter the older kids area and/or climbing up the levels. You basically have to for them around. Otherwise a fantastic time."
"Urban Air is a great place for kids and adults, yes adults can join in and have fun with their kids! This place has an arcade, various trampoline areas, zip lining, birthday rooms, and good food! After taking my grand children to Urban air for 3 hours, they were completely tuckered out once we returned back home. We all loved it!"
