"Purchased a mattress, box spring, frame, and headboard/footboard. Mattress and box spring were delivered next day. The bed frame, which was a store model, was incomplete. Was basically treated like a moron by store management, who yelled at myself and my sister on the phone. He was extremely rude, improper, and lacks customer service. Blaming us because the frame was missing pieces. I was told to pick up a new frame in Middletown or wait 3 days. Shout out to Melissa at the Middletown location for her help with this matter. She was wonderful. Lawrence, the manager of Newark, was unlike any customer service experience I’ve ever had. I am happy to finally have all of the bed pieces, but shouldn’t have had to go out of my way to get them, and should have received everything in the first place. I was more or less told, I was getting a good deal on a floor model, and costing the store money. Regardless of what I paid, receiving a complete product is paramount. Upon receiving the frame the next day (yesterday), multiple pieces were missing from the floor display. I finally have a complete bed, but shouldn’t have had to go through what I did to get one. And no excuse is acceptable for the treatment received from the Newark store. If corporate would like to follow up - we are happy to detail our experience."
