Very happy with the fabric selection to go with the arm cover of our sofa I had brought along. We came with the idea of purchasing just one chair for me until my husband announced that he too wanted to order one for himself. Erica explained in detail what to expect in the order and delivery process. Looking forward to delivery of chairs and seeing them in our living area."

"I was looking for a new couch & recliner at Lazy Boy Christiana during their year end sale when I noticed that they provided free design services. There are so many choices available & I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. I have a very small home & I was a little skeptical but I was assured that as long as I purchased furniture from Lazy Boy that there would be no additional charge. I worked with design lead Whitney who came to my home later that day & took measurements, & photos, & we talked. She then went back to her office to prepare several different design & furniture options as well as furniture placement options for my space based on our discussion. I met with her later that week & she was able to order everything I wanted at no additional cost to me as well as including the substantial year end store sale prices. Whitney was a great listener & she provided me with great design choices. Her design suggestions were exceptional & just what I wanted. She made everything effortless & fun. "We ordered a sofa with a Labor Day deal, and two days later we only realized the sofa we ordered was not fit for our living room, and it was a big mistake we made. So we went to meet the store manager at the Christiana store, and she kindly helped us get the refund. It was a smooth process, thanks to her. Managers like her will really hype the business. she really made our day. five stars to her!! 4 starts because : I think sales representatives should do a better job when explaining the return and refund polices to the customer at the store. La-z-Boy return and refund policies are not that flexible."
