"Earlier this month I had to move my dad into a memory care facility from a hospital stay, so I had to move quickly. I had had no idea that they didn't provide the furniture, which meant I needed to buy a new bed that would fit his space! Even though I bought my own new mattress from one of the big box shops a few years ago I thought I would give Mattress by Appointment a shot due to their high rating on Google. I wanted to get an adjustable frame and Dave gave me all the options, and also knew really well what I could get in my short time frame. I bought the frame, mattress, mattress protector and headboard. The price was totally right and not only did he come install it when he said he would, he was ON THE DOT on time. But what made this a five star review was this - I had picked out the headboard in the tan fabric and then bought bedding and curtains - which turned out to be more gray. Dave noticed this while he was installing and ran back to get me a gray one instead because it matched better. Even though I was hesitant at first to shop a place where I needed an appointment, they were super responsive and made what was a stressful time much easier for me."
