"Went to pick up Christmas toys for the children and the young lady was extremely helpful in finding our online order. She stayed on the phone until it was found and delivered to my car. Her customer service was exceptional indeed."
"Plenty of items including groceries and Philly sports apparel. Surprisingly short and quick lines on a Sunday evening. Was disappointed that fitting rooms were closed at 9pm even though the store wasn't closing until 11pm. Also, I'm not a fan of having to listen to an employee engaged in a profanity-laced conversation on their cell phone while working in the self checkout area. I guess customer service is a thing of the past."
"If you like a thrill don’t go to a haunted house just go here. The parking lot alone is horrifying. Carts rolling full speed into cars while drivers challenge you on the lot to say something about cart they leave. Inside is dirty and full of chaotic behavior. You wouldn’t know if someone works there or not because they don’t wear a uniform"
