"-1 for poor customer service, despite the store being empty of customers and employees trying to look busy while fumbling around doing nothing. -1 for poor inventory. -1 for mold on cigars, and some with holes meaning they probably wiped the mold off and tried to sell them knowing better. -1 prices. Many places north of here have better prices on their mid range cigars. No 'top shelf' sticks for sure. Good for the once every 2 years smoker. Edit per response: cars have MSRPs. Retail items have retail prices. And admitting all your cigars are Retail prices isn't a flex. If you guys didn't ignore me in the store, unlike now for 'some' reason, I would have gladly shown you your molding cigars. A good shop would ask for it, not get defensive."

"Honestly, if you are ever in the area this is a must visit shop. Staff were AMAZING! It's a BYOB, and they have all the chilled glassware you could need. Helpful, friendly, and accommodating are the words I would use to describe this place. These folks made it feel like home."

Prices are excellent and provide a compelling reason for me to never buy cigars online again."

"This is one of the best stocked humidors that I have been to. Awesome selection of top premium cigars. Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, and gave a lot of suggestions as to the strength and flavor profile I was looking for. "Great place. There is a walk in humidor with a decent selection. The lounge is pretty nice. Old leather chairs and that old lounge feel. I was a first timer at this specific establishment and I was welcomed and treated like family. They either didn't have the expensive 14+ dollar cigars or I missed them. Most of the cigars are 10 dollars and less. I'm definitely going to stop here when ever I'm in town for now on. I wish there were more of these in the area."
