"I had forgotten a bag of groceries in the self check out line due to having many bags and having to shuffle them around on the weight scale and couldn’t recall exactly which items I had left behind/decipher some of the abbreviations on the receipt. I called ahead, wrote down what I did have and headed back to the store. Kathleen at customer service was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation and helped me to “de-code” the receipt to be able to get my forgotten items from the store. Thank you so much!!
