"Dollar Tree 1502 West Chester Pk, West Chester PA. Absolutely horrible store! Where do I began... first off this is a new store, recently opened a few months ago. Been in here several times already and the shelves are empty, manager that works the day shift stands around on her ear buds talking away. The cashier guy that waited on me was talking on his ear buds as well!! No hello from him and then shook his head when I said I have the exact change. Wow...rude!! Then he was so busy chatting away on his ear buds that he never handed me my bag. I stood there for around 10 seconds until I finally said can I have my bag?? He then grabbed it and placed it down, didn't even hand it to me and continued with his conversation on the phone (ear buds in). Between the manager and this guy I will never go back in there!! There are so many options in that area for dollar stores, this one is a joke do to obviously poor management. I was there on Nov. 27th at 10:30am, store number 9176. UPDATE: Read in the local news the manager was caught taking money and on the run. No surprise there! Went back to the store and it looks like the rude cashier guy is gone as well. Big difference in the stores appearance, shelves were well stocked and the cashier was friendly. Places really need to be more careful on whom they hire as a manager! Bring back background checks especially when they are in control of the company's money."
