The owner said “no we don’t but we can offer you tax free shopping”. I replied seriously? even now during the 4th of July holiday for a disabled vet? The response was the same laughter and tax free shopping. I said to him. Ok, you don’t offer a military discount, but do you have to disrespect me by saying you would give me a tax free purchase in Delaware that has tax free shopping? He laughed. He never once thanked me for my service. I am a disabled vet. And need I remind you: The reason we celebrate the fourth of July is because of our fallen and serving soldiers. These soldiers have fought in the past and many more are still fighting for our country, lives, and freedom so that we can all live in peace."
