"Well stocked. Clean store. Was very busy in the appliance section, waited for about 30 minutes, no customer service rep asked if we needed help, so we left."

"Picked up a special order item at customer service today, Tom was friendly, knowledgeable and calm with the line behind us growing longer and longer, Rich helped my husband load the heavy item in our truck, Shawna politely helped out when our price needed adjustment. I didn't catch the woman's name that had to find out order somewhere in the huge store but when she returned with the heavy box I VERY MUCH APPRECIATED the fact that she shared with us that it was heavy and we would need help carrying it up our 48 steps!!!!"

"Mike Whitehead in flooring was exceptional!! Really went out of his way to make sure my job was properly done. I had carpet placed by one company who were great! I had tile placed beautifully by Hunters Flooring as well. I live in Ocean City an... well worth the extra 10 minute drive ( Home Depot in Berlin Md are horrible) . Lowes made up for it and then some !!!"

"Hard to find anything without having to ask some one was able to get what I needed though the associates that helped me were very helpful in finding what I was looking for. However the associate in plumbing was very busy having help a lot of people at one time without help. I really believe on a Saturday they should have more than one plumbing associate in the department. He did do a great job though"

"There was only two cashiers available, and all of the self checkout lines were down. The manager walked through the area to say more it less sorry for the wait and that there were only two cashiers working. I want to know what happened to team work? It would have been nice if management started ringing up the customers to help with getting the lines down."
