"Excellent location for access to Soho, West & East Village, etc. The ModernHaus staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and my the room was clean, modern and just the right size. Bathrooms - very nice appointed. The restaurant and food options were lovely offerings in the hotel, and they shared a curated list to the best restaurants and bars in nearby neighborhoods."

"I had such a great experience, all the staff was friendly and helpful I ended up extending my stay another night and it was so easy to do. The area is nice and conveniently near the subway I’m definitely staying here again. The robes provided felt so high quality and I ordered food to my room and it was quicker than expected and very delicious"

"One of my favorite hotels to stay while in NYC. Beginning with check-in you’re greeted with a smile and made to feel like a celebrity. Any request is made sure to either be taken care of in house or given recommendations on how to achieve what you need. Each room has a beautiful view of the city. Clean and in room dining superb (I love the breakfast and the burger) The bar and restaurant inside is cute and quiet with beautiful and cozy outdoor seating. While the neighborhood is safe and walkable to great shopping. A secret favorite is the bodega next door!! The food and service there 5 stars. You even get a smile and friendly words at 5am Highly recommend treating yourself l."

"Modernhaus is a beautiful hotel for a great Soho experience. The rooms are very spacious with great views. They're also quiet and the temperature control is very good. The bathroom is really well lit and while it has only minimal surface space to put toiletries, at least it has some. The closet is divided for his and hers which is a nice touch. There are bedside tables with a small drawer, another unusual feature in hotels these days! But there are no dressers or drawers for clothing storage. And unfortunate oversight. However, the location is perfect and so many other features of the hotel are great."

"I stayed here about a month ago and I write this review as I sit in a different, nearby hotel reminiscing on my stay and wishing I was there & not here lol. From the moment I walked in the staff was super kind and helpful. Shout out to the woman with golden wavy hair, you are so welcoming & knowledgeable. Everything about this hotel is beautiful— the rooms, rooftop, bar, view. It is super clean. The rooms are big, beautifully decorated, and come with blackout curtains. The bed and bedding was super comfy and the shower was lovely. The toiletries provided are high quality and the robes are super comfy. The cleaners were always nice and did a great job (be sure to tip them). The neighborhood was bustling & cute, but not too overwhelming. The only thing I would note is that the pool is pretty small, but I don’t think that’s very important with how amazing everything else was. Stay here! You won’t regret it."
