"I stayed here for a summer, and really enjoyed my time. The owners are very nice and accommodating. They were straightforward and everything they said about the property was shown to be true. The location is fantastic; walking distance to boardwalk and beach. I felt very safe living here."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! TERRIBLE PARKING, AND OWNERS! WORST PLACE I EVER STAYED IN OCEAN CITY. THEY NOT ONLY CHARGED US MORE THAN WHAT WE WERE TOLD BUT COULD CARE LESS THAT WE HAD AN EMERGENCY AND COULDN'T GET OUR VEHICLE OUT! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE PLACE!"

"Completely scammed us. Booked at a different apartment complex and was told they were full and moved us here. Told us credit card machine was down and forced us to pay in cash. Never had ya sign a contract. Was told four different times a different name of the landlord and dealt with two people who were apparently the owner. They evicted the downstairs guests and by the next morning had a new family moving in. Then evicted us. Cops told us it was because we broke a contract (that we never signed). Male owner told us we damanged property. The damage he claimed we did was there when we arrived. Complete scam and waste of money. horribly small and dirty"
