"Owning a business and finding good places for the company staff to reside while working on remodeling contracts can at times be guess work. In the case of Home2 Suites by Hilton Ocean City Bayside we found a definite winner. The hotel and staff went far and above our expectations. The entire facility is spotless, the breakfast is amazing, and the staff demonstrate all the qualities of excellence in customer service. I was so pleased with the level of service particularly by General manager Benjamin Male. He made a point of coming over to our table twice to make sure that we were pleased with everything and told us to contact him if we needed anything. I can only say that I wish more companies would hire such outstanding staff and keep a facility as spotless as this one. Moving forward I plan on making this hotel the long term stay for our base of operations. Sandra S."

"If you ever want to start your morning off in a great mood stay at Home2. Staff is laid back and very accommodating. Clean rooms, and if you go down for breakfast, you get to pet all the dogs going on their first walk of the day. Right next to Longboard Cafe and Skye Bar and Grill. Two very popular, main hot spots in Ocean City even in the off season with equally amazing staff. AND there’s a pool. A new hidden gem. Thank you Home2. Will be back."

"The rooms were not clean like described. The staff were all friendly enough, but there was pet hair and other dirt in our room, and we have allergies. It was super noisy and this one family hogged the pool the whole time. The breakfast was dry and stale, even though we arrived right when it opened. We ended up leaving early, and I’m happy that they refunded our remaining nights for us. Wonderful staff, but that’s all I can say that’s positive about this place."

"Great Stay! All staff AMAZING above standards. Staff very friendly. They are all very accommodating to people, kids, and pets. They have pet areas and poop pouch which is helpful everythough, you should always have your own. Help you as much as they can. I can say they are very kid friendly. Front desk had crayons, pictures for kids to color, coffee, treats for the pets. We even added two EXTRA days to our Stay. My Family and I had a great stay. We would totally come back. Grills are functional year round. Pool is heated and always clean. Thank you, Peter,Christina,Melissa,Ben."
