"Lady who checked us in was nice and welcoming. Room was extremely outdated. There were stains on the rug, couch, and some on sheets. The bathroom was clean, as were the towels provided. No hand soap was given for the bathroom so I would bring your own. You could tell our room was having work done. Overall was not the worst place but I would not stay here again."

"Upon arrival the property and room seemed nice enough. After waking up after our first night sleep we noticed a bug in the room, upon further inspection it was a cockroach. We decided to head down to the front desk to see what could be done. As we were talking to the person at the front desk two other guest heard our complaints and asked if we were talking about the bugs because they had been getting bit all night long. So not only do the have roaches, they also have bedbugs. After no resolution was met with the front desk we were referred to the manager who was conveniently off duty. When we arrived back to our room we found another roach. We talked to the manager over the phone who was no help and extremely rude. We expressed that we would like to leave and simply be refunded for the nights we would not be staying. This seemed to be too difficult for the apparent manager who said he could not issue a refund. For our inconvenience we were offered a 5% discount on our rate, which is a joke. I would definitely steer clear of this place as the management seems to be incompetent and lack the care to make sure their guest are pleased. We took our business to another hotel that has been nothing but exceptional."

"Location is great . Very close to the beach and shopping . Rooms could definitely be cleaner . The shampoos and soap dispensers are nasty but I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she explained to me that they are in the process of removing them that it's very costly but they are working on it and that back in the 70s those were the style. The couch was dirty but someone came to clean it right away. The service was great the white haired lady at the front desk was very nice and I liked talking to her ."

"Got a 2 bed room for one night with three people, including myself, staying. Staff at the desk were very helpful and we were even able to check-in 30 minutes earlier than the 4pm check-in time. Only downside is the size of the room with having the two beds in it. The kitchen/living area are nice but the two beds crammed into the room left little to no room for any bags and made it difficult to go on the balcony since the bed takes up half of the entry way to get on the patio. It was a nice stay and I would consider coming back, but would get a single bed instead. Very close to many local bars and a great spot to be if you’d like to walk around the area. The hotel does offer parking on location and is very easy to get in and out of the hotel."
