"Front desk and other personnel are not on the same page. Front desk said breakfast is served until 10. We came down and were yelled at by staff to hurry up and grab what we wanted because they were cleaning up (930am). Other families came down and weren't allowed in the breakfast area (940). Room wasn't vacuumed well, glitter and other trash were on the floor in various areas."

"Water would not get sufficiently hot. Called twice, and they refused to turn on the other boiler (stayed there off-season) and insisted instead that we just let the water run. Took more than 1/2 hour to let the water run to get adequately warm water. Took 1 3/4 hour for the water to actually become sufficiently “hot” for a nice hot shower, and this came after multiple showers already taken, so the only one of us who truly got a hot shower was the one who showered last. This is not only inconsiderate to the consumer- causing us to not be able to work within our own time-table of waking up and coming/going and not have an enjoyable experience while doing the basics, but it is incredibly irresponsible on water consumption. I do not normally leave bad reviews because I think it is important to try to settle differences privately and be reasonable. But they did not care, and it is unreasonable for them to expect any paying customer to settle for lukewarm bathing water because we do not add up enough to count to turn on the boiler."

"Great view of Northside Park and good breakfast. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes. House cleaning starts at 7, between the slamming doors and paper thin walls, don't plan on sleeping in past then. Almost all the staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile."

"Room is decently equipped. The coffee maker wasn't working. We were there only for 1 night so they couldn't fix the issue immediately. The bathroom was lacking enough hand soap. Breakfast was free and had enough varieties so that was great! Awesome location. Just minutes away from the beach. Premise is nice and clean!"

"Considering the location and amenities, not a bad hotel. About 10 minutes walking distance to the beach ( across the street) There is free parking, indoor pools, and free breakfast ( not great, but good and enough), free wifi ( I didn't use it). Our room was good and clean. No room service or gym. Negative? I paid extra for a bay view, and what I got was the hotel pool view! ( since my room was on the 2nd level). If you want a bay view, I recommend asking for the 3rd or 4th level, otherwise, you are wasting your money."
