"I've been trying to get in contact with a leasing agent for over 2 weeks and haven't received one phone call or email, despite being told that my contact information has been passed along. I understand not giving in-person tours at this time (covid-19 for any future readers out there), but I've requested virtual tours and/or just a plain floor plan to look at. I've tried calling the leasing/management office directly and leaving a message - a whole lot of nothing in response. Would love to give this place a chance as I am looking to move in the near future, but they're really working against themselves here."

"I called to schedule a tour with them. They told me that I would be contacted to confirm my appointment. After I didnt hear from them for 2 days I called them again and told them I was never contacted about confirming my appointment. The person I spoke with was very polite and apologized and told me he will send a message to the leasing office. He told me that he will have them contact me. I explained to him that I read on the reviews that this seemed to be an issue and he said he was not made aware of any issues but he will be sure to send a message to the leasing office. Needless to say I never recieved a confirmation call. I will not be renting from them because there is absolutely no communication with them."
