"I called and left a message inquiring about their apartments. They don't return phone calls. Disappointed. I hope they treat their tenants better."

"Because management does nothing to enforce policies. The tenants seems to run the place. It's would be a lovely place to live but the children nor the parents are held accountable for their actions. We are constantly receiving notes in our doors with the same idle threats and manage and owner sit in tbe office or ride by and do nothing. My car has been vandalized for months and nothing is done about it. People park in front of the apartment all night and day sometimes (same ones). Again we get a note, idle threats. All rules are being broken. Why would any manager care they leave when they want and go home. They're getting paid very well to write note, answer the phone, get personal info from us and sit on their butts."
