"Absolutely love this place. I've stayed here twice and have told all my friends about it. The location is amazing - a ten minute walk to the beach or back into town and a ten minute drive over to Cape Henlopen. The building itself is like Pee-wee's Playhouse on summer vacation and I love investigating all the art and decorations. The staff are so nice and accommodating and Tony is a great cook. The whole experience is like staying at your uncle's house. They offer beach chairs, bikes, and always have drinks and snacks available. Wonderful location and service for the price. Will definitely stay here again in the future."

"We've been here before, so no surprises. The place is eclectic. The staff are awesome. Friendly and accommodating. Comfortable laid-back B&B. Nice selection of fruit, Danish, and muffins. They have a special meal each day, but will fix you something by request. This weekend was a delicious French toast casserole that was scrumptious. The kitchen is always open for coffee, water, and snacks. The balcony makes for a pleasant place to gather with other folks that are in your party. We booked for next year already."

"This was our second year staying at the Blue Water House. We had an incredible time. The house is wonderful, filled with all kinds of art from the floor to the ceilings. The beach is a few minutes walk away. They prepare a wonderful breakfast for guests in the morning. The blueberry pancakes we had were made from fresh blueberries picked right from the bushes that grow by the beach. They are family friendly, incredibly welcoming, kind people, that make guests feel at home. We love the BWH and will absolutely stay with them again! ☺️"

"A fun and family friendly bed and breakfast steps away from the Delaware Beaches. Was greeted at the door by the official greeter, Remy, who has his very own Instagram account! (Remy_bluewaterhouse) Artwork covers the walls and the longer you look the more you see! The rooms are decorated and painted in a Florida Keys theme which made me feel right at home. Rick and Tony are the perfect hosts providing snacks and water in the dining room along with a delicious hot breakfast made daily. I highly recommend staying here if you want fun to be a part of your stay!"
