Noisy HVAC system Extremely low water pressure Inadequate and unresponsive service Low quality toiletries Lumpy bed The positives: Excellent location Good views out of some rooms Overall very poorly managed and not at all worth the price. Much better options elsewhere."

"We booked 4 nights over Memorial Day. Dreadful Carpets tweedy, dingy and have not been cleaned in quite some time. The same goes for the 2 arm chairs. If you would like to read while sitting in those chairs, forget about it. The light bulb in an ancient lamp was maybe 40w! The TV was ridiculously tiny so forget that. The shower and curtain dingy and the soap bar was so tiny that there was not enough for 2 and THEY DID NOT REPLACE IT THE NEXT DAY. The bedding. Lord! Queen sized bad had a crease right down the center and was impossible to lay comfortable. The pillows were tiny, musty and dirty. The food buffet was pathetic. Poor coffee and all food came from a supermarket and was bland. Bagels were the size of a silver dollar. We checked out Sunday morning and asked for some sort of accommodation….what we got was an additional $93.00 charge!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!"

"After about 10 attempts to stay here (this location books quickly in season) we finally reserved a room in early February. This is a very centrally located hotel for the main Lewes "downtown" (essentially 2 blocks) shopping and dining area and convenient to the state park as well as the shopping centers. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and bright with everything functioning. We had a very nice European style breakfast included in the price of our room. We will stay here again when the opportunity presents itself."

"Very cute Inn. Rooms are very spacious. Balconies overlook the Canal. If you want the best views make sure to get rooms on the 3rd or 4th floor. Breakfast was really nice. The location is great for exploring Lewes by foot. Definitely would come back again."
