"West court apartment is not a place I would recommend. The management is very rude and I believe the lady that works the first desk is bias. They should have trained her on customer service because she is very disrespectful when speaking to people in the phone. She makes all these noise gestures while your trying to talk to her. When you come to her with a problem and they you touch back to see what’s going she seems to forget what she said.She also covers up for the poor Maintance services. Nothing get fixed correctly they always try to patch or cover up the issues. If you go to upper management they don’t do anything either"
