"it's a nice space/apartment. but the community is very lackluster. In my experience, I can't make any friends due to the low-key racist community. even in the schools everyone is like a clone of eachother. I as a young trans queer furry, feel extremely unwelcome in all of the public spaces on the property that aren't my own apartment building."

"Worst Management. Rent is very high compared to apartment's condition. Maintenance requests takes weeks to complete. In winter when the temperature is around freezing, whole building is without hot water for 5 continuous days and management doesn't care. Such a shame..!!"

"The most overpriced place you'll find. It was barely passable at $1,000/month, and now they're charging $1,500 - $1,600 for a one bedroom. The building was built so shoddily that the floorboards don't reach all the way to the corner. I had to stuff towels in the gap so I could hear the people below me slightly less. The walls and floors are extremely thin, you will hear everything in adjacent units. The appliances are 30 years out of date. A maintenance person made an unauthorized entry to my unit thinking I was not home, he said he was checking for a leak but never went I to the kitchen or bathroom to check. Management are out of their minds charging $1,600 a month now."

"Five-star to the maintenance folks, they have helped me several times during the pandemic. Their responses are very quick and always solve the problems efficiently. This apartment has an excellent location, Target and Regal Cinema are right across the street. My favorite stores such as ShopRite, TJ Max, and Trade Joe are all within 5 min. The wooden floor, plus having individual washer and dryer are nice."
