Evergreen Apartments at New Castle Crossing

"So still love my neighbors and how peaceful the complex and my building is. But I have been waiting since July for someone to come shampoo my carpets after rain leaked through my living room windows. Tub and Sink keep backing up on and off and was told several times it was my hair, even after having it cut extremely low during the summer months. No point in reporting it, cause the rent goes up every year, but nothing gets fixed except for sidewalks getting repaved that didn't have any cracks or lumps in them. Oh yeah, and the squirrels in the attic were never taken care of. Nothing like being woken up at 3AM when you have to be at work at 9Am. I still live here because it is better than where I came from but for the way the prices are going up, something needs to change, it needs remodeling."

"So far it’s been great but I have a complaint the trash around the dumpsters it’s disgusting I seen people throw the trash on the floor instead of the dumpster I hope that yall take care of it because all that does it’s being roaches and mices please thank you"

"Don't ever rent from this place, it's the worst. They painted the inside my tub with house paint. I finally make an appointment for them to re-glaze it and they tell me that pets or people can't be in the home for 4 hours so I board my per and go to work. I come home to find that they've never came, my tub is the same, and I'm out $100 in which I know this whack place will never reimburse. Office closes, no one I can call but all lines of communication stay open when your rent is a day late. I hate this place."

"My son lived here for his first apartment. It was the worst experience ever. Infestations, outdated appliances, trash everywhere, mold, and at one point he was without hot water for over 8 days. For 500-600 more a month you can find somewhere with a balcony, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and no Infestation. Think twice before you apply to live in this run down hole in the wall complex. The office is no help, no matter who is working. They will give you the runaround for everything."

"I have lived here for a little over a year and I can say it really wouldn't be that bad of a place if they would renovate the units and buildings and do something about all the bugs, I haven't had any roaches since they came and sprayed and there haven't been any bed bugs thank god, but I have had centipedes, flies, gnats, and spiders upon spiders throughout my unit. The grounds need to be cleaned at least twice a week there is constantly trash everywhere! The lack of a laundry unit is ridiculous even though when I moved in it was advertised! A few of the maintenance men don't seem to know what they are doing! I really do like living here because my neighbors keep to themselves and they are not the loudest people in existence. I feel safe walking at night around here and I just wish it was a little updated for the price is cost to live and move into these units. The dumpster area is constantly left in a state of disrepair and the parking situation is terrible there are always cars that belong to the people in the houses across the street parked in front of my building and there is never any parking in the lot behind the building either I have to walk several blocks after working overnight to arrive at my building."
