"My dad is a resident at Berkshire Apartments. My concern from just having been over there is folks who are parking in the spaces between the handicap spots. They are blocking the walkway and given the fact there is still snow on the ground it made it a bit dicy to carry his groceries in. I would think any resident would have a problem with this. I have pictures of the vehicles."
