"I've lived at Arundel for about a year and a half and I've been impressed! I've lived all over the U.S., usually as a homeowner or in military housing, and I can say that this experience has exceeded my expectations. The rent in this area is crazy, but Arundel cost is more than reasonable. Management and Maintenance are super responsive, I've had every issue addressed with one business day. It has been quiet here, it's safe and it's pretty well equipped. We'll worth checking out!"
"I've been living here for three months now . So far, I have had a great experience with the management. They are always available and responsive. I had a few minor issues, and when contacted, they took care of it within 24 hour. The maintenance team is great and very helpful as well. Quite and friendly complex. The only issue is bugs because I am on the ground floor ,so expect that if you get the same choice. And they will spray on summer time and if needed. So it's a common issue you have to consider before choosing the ground floor anywhere. I will recommend this place"

They have friendly staff, our building is quiet, and the neighbors are very respectful with noise and cleanliness. My son loves the pool and walking around the area because it's beautiful in the summer. Totally recommend it!!"
"I love living here! For the most part, the apartments have been updated with new flooring and carpeting. Some have washer/dryers. The buildings are safe and secure. My wish list is for a new layer of sod or grass seed in low lying areas. All maintenance issues have been handled quickly and efficiently by staff and crew. My building is very quiet which is important to me."
