They did some of remodeling over the summer and made the home look even better when it was time for us to move in. Any time there were issues we needed their help with, they were very responsive and helped with immediate action. I always felt comfortable asking them questions and I would highly recommend renting from any of their many properties across campus!"

"Matt has been wonderful to rent from for two years. Anytime we needed anything serviced he was always at the house in a timely manor. Him and his son would come to do the repairs and were always very kind and incredibly respectful. There were numerous times that I did not know if certain items could be put in the trash and when I would ask Matt and he'd say "oh that's trash I'll just take it!" When our carbon monoxide detector's battery went out on Christmas Eve, Matt came to check it and replaced it that day. Matt treated us like we were his own kids. It was like having a Dad on campus at all times. After two years, I highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in Newark to rent with Matt Dutt Rentals."

"I recommend renting from Matt and Sue for off campus housing. You can’t get better than his spacious, clean, and beautiful homes. The bedrooms are perfect as everyone has their own space and the kitchen is wonderful for cooking and eating in. All 7 of my roommates and I love spending our Saturday morning drinking coffee on our South Chapel porch. His properties go above and beyond for off campus housing. Matt and Sue are very helpful, gracious, and are always willing to make accommodations. My roommates and I have had the best experiences and are going to continue with Matt for our senior year at UD. You WILL be disappointed if you do not go with Matt Dutt."
