"I lived here for a year. The office manager was super helpful getting me moved in. I had a gfi and garbage disposal that weren't working, I let the office know, and even said no rush. Both were replaced in a couple of days. I had no other issues with anything else that year. I saw in some reviews people complaining about bugs. I never had any issues with any. I think that has more to do with how clean you keep the space The building are concrete framed, so it's quieter than most apartment buildings. All in all I would definitely recommend there if you are looking in that area. I only left because my job moved, and my commute was too long."

"I have been here going on 9 yrs. I currently have a a infestation of Roaches they have been here over a month. They are on my couch and bed; they are all over the first floor apts and hallway."

"Kim is the property manager, and she is Wonderful! She goes above and beyond to help out tenants. She is a true asset to the property. Her beautiful smile, and kind heart is so appreciated"

"The manager, Kim is really rude and did not give me my deposit back. She made me pay for the whole last month of me staying there when my lease was up in the middle of the month. Also the tall Jamaican maintenance guy is rude as well. He would complain about helping me when that is his job. The air conditioning did not work and there was a lot of black mold in the windows and in the bathroom tub. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move into these apartments. The living conditions is very unhealthy. My family and I could have gotten sick. Absolutely terrible!!!!"

"Renters BEWARE!!! This is the most horrible place to live in Delaware! You can't smoke OUTSIDE, YES OUTSIDE! You have to smoke INSIDE your apartment ONLY! If you complain, they will find a way to evict you!! The office manager, Kim, couldn't care less about the tenants. She is mean and nasty EVERY SINGLE DAY! You are better off living under a bridge!!"
